Doom Eternal was a runaway hit earlier this year for PC, Xbox, and PS4. The fact that Bethesda fit the first game on the Switch without a total hit to performance, is a modern miracle. Now, we’re getting the fantastic sequel to that game in Doom Eternal. The Switch version is getting the full single-player campaign and the multiplayer mode. The DLC, The Ancient Gods Part One is coming at a later date.

In other Doom Eternal news, if you own the current gen version of the game, a free next-gen upgrade is coming soon also. This was likely one of the games of the year for 2020, and it continued the reset of Doom. So if you’re down to take the Doomguy on the go, this is just for you. Just in time for the Holiday season, there’s nothing like holiday cheer like destroying Demons and monsters in Hell.
