#1 Billy is the Phantom Ranger
Probably the most mysterious ally to work with the Turbo Rangers, The Phantom Ranger was decked out in all black with powers that have ties to Zordon’s planet and the Morphing Grid. Over the years, fans have come up with different ideas on who the mysterious Ranger could be, and Billy’s name has come up multiple times. I mean someone in a Ranger suit acting all mysterious and said “A Friend” when you ask who they are, you’d probably start listing off people you know too.
