Paul Thomas Anderson fans rejoice, the new trailer for his film Licorice Pizza is out. The film stars Alaina Haim, Cooper Hoffman, Bradley Cooper, Tom Waits, Sean Penn, and Benny Safdie. Also included, but not in the trailer are: Ben Stiller, John C. Reily, Christopher Walken, and Maya Rudolph.
The story for Licorice Pizza goes like this. It’s the tale of a treacherous first love, growing up, messing around, and getting in trouble in the San Fernando Valley in 1973. The film is written and directed by Paul Thomas Anderson. The trailer shows off an older time that’s happened to everyone. You fall in love for the first time and go head-over-heels for the person. You’ll do anything and everything to get their attention and keep it. It’ll surely evoke some of those feelings of youth. Licorice Pizza has no release date, but is coming soon only to theaters.
