The news surrounding Spider-Man 3 has been pretty heavy. By heavy, I mean that it’s been coming pretty fast for the past month. You’ve gone from news that Jamie Foxx is reprising his role of Electro, to other news about Benedict Cumberbatch‘s involvement in the sequel. Finally, we had rumors that Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire would be involved. Those rumors have proved to be false, up to this point. Now, with all those new rumors and news swirling, Tom Holland has given us the first photo from the set.
From his Instagram, Holland posted the picture seen above. The caption is “Wear a mask, I’m wearing two”. It’s not the first Instagram post that Holland has made that set the entertainment world on fire, however. He also made a post last week showing off his look from the upcoming Uncharted movie.
So it’s been a busy couple weeks from the Marvel star. The upcoming Spider-Man 3 should be a pretty large film in the overall scale of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. There’s a massive amount of intrigue surrounding the film. So we’ll have to see what happens when we get more details about the film.
