Well, if the marathon of news yesterday wasn’t enough. Lady Sif is making her MCU comeback in Thor: Love and Thunder. Deadline is reporting that Jaimie Alexander is coming back as Sif in the fourth Thor film. According to their sources, Sif is also making an appearance in the upcoming Loki series. These two projects were mentioned and shown off during the Disney Investors Presentation yesterday. You can read about our coverage of Loki here.
Production on Thor: Love and Thunder begins next month with Taika Waititi directing and writing. Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Christian Bale, and Chris Pratt are also appearing in the film.
Lady Sif was a huge favorite among fans in the first two Thor films, so her disappearance for the third was a mystery. We’ll have to find out where she was during the events of Thor: Ragnarok in the upcoming film. Her relationship with Thor might also be a point of contention for Natalie Portman’s Jane Foster.
