The star of Solo: A Star Wars Story is moving to the MCU. Alden Ehrenreich has been cast in a key role in the upcoming series, Ironheart. Deadline had the news about the casting. As for his role, at this moment, it’s unknown who he’ll be playing. Ironheart will star Dominique Thorne as Riri Williams, a genius inventor and creator of armor the likes Iron Man has never seen. Anthony Ramos is on board as well with Chinaka Hodge as Head Writer on the series.
As for any other details, we know about as much as we did when the series was announced during the 2020 Investor’s Day Conference from Disney. Ehrenreich went from Solo to Brave New World and just recently wrapped filming on Christopher Nolan‘s Oppenheimer.
