If you’re not into the spooks and scares but want to get into the Halloween Spirit, I have a great event for you! Located just East of Los Angeles, the Magic of the Jack O’Lanterns is a must-see for all ages.
This glowing trail is lined with thousands of magnificent, hand-carved pumpkins. The pumpkins are illuminated by a magical light show, which creates a truly enchanting (not scary) atmosphere. I was highly impressed by the larger-than-life displays! There is so much to see from dinosaurs, Hollywood Icons, your favorite musicians, a nautical sea-scape, dragons, and much more.
Magic of the Jack O’Lanterns is great for littles and adults alike. There is so much to see that it can take you 40 minutes to 3 hours depending on how much time you spend in each section.
Personally, I find this event to be one of the more budget-friendly options with Adult tickets starting at $24.99. It’s priced pretty equal to local Pumpkin Patches. However to put it in another perspective, when you go to something like Disneyland’s Halloween Event it can cost you $134 to $189 for 1 person.

WHO WILL ENJOY THE Magic of the Jack O’Lanterns
Magic of the Jack O’Lanterns is great for littles and adults alike. There is so much to see that it can take you 40 mins-3 hours depending on how much time you spend in each section. The event is ADA and stroller-friendly. That said, it is about half a mile long and takes you along a dirt path. So, do with that information what you will.
Ticket pricing is dynamic and will vary based on the day and time attending and will increase the closer it gets to the event date.
Kids 2 and Under are Free

Adults start at $24.99

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
There is food and beverages to purchase. It’s very much Carnival Fair, and you can even purchase a smore’s making kit. I also saw signs for Modelo. So, I think it’s fair to assume there is alcohol for purchase.
PARKING AND SERVICE ANIMALS
As far as parking, there is Premium Parking for a fee and free parking is located just past the park entrance on Santa Anita. The attendant will direct you from there to the appropriate lots.
The event is Service Animal friendly, but the pets have to stay at home.
